Our Story

Every Sunday, a group of riding buddies called the Church of GO would get together to ride, share their passion for motorcycles, and enjoy the community that came with it. Through those rides, Saibeth began to notice something: there were women riding, but they weren’t always visible. There weren’t enough women being celebrated in the motorcycle community, and there weren’t enough female role models for women who might be curious about riding but didn’t see themselves represented.

Representation matters because it tells someone, “There is a place for you here.” Seeing another woman ride, race, wrench, or simply belong can be the spark that makes someone think, “Maybe I could do that, too.” That realization became the beginning of Women of GO!!!

Saibeth’s first project was a calendar featuring real women riders—not models. The goal was to put women who genuinely ride motorcycles in the spotlight and show the many different ways women can be part of the motorcycle community. As the calendar gained momentum, Saibeth realized that creating visibility was only part of the picture. Women also needed access to the knowledge, resources, encouragement, and opportunities that could help them actually get involved.

What started as a calendar grew into a community, and eventually into a nonprofit dedicated to helping women pursue their goals in riding and motorsports. Women of GO!!! provides mentorship, educational classes, riding and race schools, parts and gear, financial assistance, and opportunities to learn, participate, and grow. We work to connect women with the people and resources they need, while creating opportunities that might otherwise feel out of reach.

Saibeth’s Story

Saibeth’s own path into motorcycling made that mission especially personal.

She didn’t grow up riding. She was first introduced to motorcycles when a guy asked her on a date and took her for a ride as a passenger. She loved it, and there was something about being on the motorcycle that immediately grabbed her. Before long, she didn’t want to just sit on the back—she wanted to learn how to ride it herself.

The road to becoming a rider wasn’t completely smooth. The first time Saibeth took her motorcycle endorsement test, she failed. She was devastated and cried, feeling like she had failed at something she really wanted to do. But she went back and tried again. She didn’t let one failure determine what came next, and eventually, motorcycles became a life-changing part of who she was.

That experience became part of the heart behind Women of GO!!!. Saibeth knows what it feels like to be new, to be intimidated, and to wonder if you’re capable of something. She also knows how much a little encouragement can change what happens next. Now, she wants to be that encouragement for other women.

Whether someone is thinking about getting their first motorcycle, wants to experience a racetrack, or has dreams of riding and racing in any form, we want them to know there is a place for them—and help them give it a GO!!!

Bridgette’s Story

Bridgette was raised in a world where nothing was impossible. That belief shaped how she approached life, business, and eventually, motorcycle racing. When she decided to pursue racing, she dove in headfirst without mentors or connections, and with plenty to learn. She built her own path through hard work, persistence, and a willingness to take chances that most people would never consider.

Her racing journey has taken her from MotoAmerica to the legendary roads of Ireland and the Isle of Man, where she continues to pursue her childhood dream of competing in the TT. She has also taken on new challenges in MotoAmerica’s Super Hooligans series, building and developing a Harley-Davidson Pan America. For Bridgette, racing has never been just about crossing a finish line. It’s about pushing boundaries, proving what’s possible, and refusing to let someone else’s expectations define what she can achieve.

Along the way, Bridgette has met incredible women who have helped shape her journey. One of them was Saibeth, who stepped up for Bridgette at a time when she really needed support. That kindness left a lasting impression and strengthened a connection built on a shared love of motorcycles and a desire to help other women find their place in the sport.

When Saibeth shared her vision of turning Women of GO!!! into a nonprofit, Bridgette came on board to help launch it. Drawing on her experience in business, racing, and community-building, she helped turn Saibeth’s idea into a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to creating real opportunities for women and challenging perceptions of what women can achieve, on and off the track.

For Bridgette, the mission is personal. She knows what it feels like to chase a big dream without a roadmap, figure things out as she goes, and keep pushing forward when the path isn’t clear. She also knows how much a difference it makes when someone offers support, opens a door, or reminds you that you’re capable of more than you think. That belief shapes how she approaches both business and racing: she loves helping others pursue ambitions that might seem out of reach, especially when they have the drive but lack the resources, connections, or encouragement to get started. Through Women of GO!!!, she hopes to help more women believe in themselves, discover what’s possible, and find dreams worth taking a chance on.

“The people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world are the ones who do.”

Here’s to the ReBels. The dreamers. The ones who dare to GO!!!
